I loved the quirky and playful decoration throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet was really good, with homemade jams and fresh pastries that elevated the morning experience. The staff was not only warm and accommodating but also provided helpful restaurant recommendations.

The room was high-class, huge and complete with fantastic view as well as the air conditioning or something. I only stayed 1 night, yet the staff were ready to help - ticked all the boxes for me. The location was favourable, the breakfast was excellent!

Loved the unique and playful decor everywhere 😍 But the air conditioning was weak, and the noisy surroundings ruined the vibe at night. A nice breakfast but could use some updating too. A mixed experience.

The people at the reception were very nice and friendly and gave a lot of information. At the reception a nice Christmas decoration. The hotel is ideally located in the centre and is only 1 minute from the church and the Christmas market.

Maybe the bathrooms should be renovated a little bit.

Great location in the middle of Mulhouse; perfect for shopping! Very friendly reception and nice lounges (breakfast room/bar/reception).

The rooms are very spartanly furnished.

Our room was high-class and brand-new with balcony.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good range of options including freshly baked pastries and an array of fruit.

The cleanliness in the room could have been improved, especially in terms of the bathroom where we noticed a few missed spots.

In the evening there was a lot of candlelight and piano music with a fantastic singer. Breakfast was very good.

This was a stop over on our way to Lyon from Frankfurt in Germany by car. The hotel was good for the price and very good for an evening in the old part of town. Parking for the car was also very good, safe and quite cheap. Brekfast was also good for the price. For a stop over night very very good.

The breakfast buffet on the top floor offers an amazing selection.

I was quite disappointed with my stay overall. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I noticed several areas that were overlooked, particularly in the bathroom. The air conditioning was weak, and some basic amenities like soap were missing which added to my dissatisfaction.

Very good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. We asked for a babycot during the internet booking and we found one ready in the room at our arrival. Public parking connected to the hotel is convenient and quite cheap for overnight stay (5 euro from 20pm to 9am)

The parking is not easy to find, especially because the traffic rules are changed every year!

I thought the location of the hotel made it an ideal base to see Mulhouse. The city centre is a minute's walk away and the train station is walking distance too. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and with free Wifi. I have no complaints.
